What is Lifeskills?
The Lifeskills programme is
designed to help those who are having a difficult time, or not sure what to do
with their life, or want to take some steps towards making life better?
Clients attending can learn new skills, brush up on old ones, gain confidence
and find some direction.
Who is the programme for?
People who are homeless, unemployed, on a low income, in unsettled accommodation or at risk of homelessness.
Who runs the programme?
The programme is facilitated by qualified staff in both counselling and occupational therapy.

How much does it cost?
All courses are free of charge to individuals.
