How does stress affect our minds and bodies?
Understanding the importance of being able to relax
Learning relaxation techniques
Looking at other ways to reduce stress
The course is 6 weeks long and held one afternoon a week
Who is the course for?
Adults who feel they are suffering from anxiety, stress, low confidence or panic attacks.
There is no charge for this course but we do ask for a minimum donation of £10 per course.
